### **Red Hot**

It has been hard to miss promos for Disney+’s *Turning Red* on TV this month. Data from [iSpot](http://ispot.tv/?ref=tvrev2beta2.ghost.io) shows the Pixar film’s ad is the third-most seen spot on all of TV in March – more than double the No. 2 streaming service ad in the timeframe. Disney+ has also accounted for nearly 18% of impressions from streaming services this month.

### **#Shorts’ Game Face**

#Shorts have blown up since YouTube first introduced the format a year ago, but uploads still aren’t keeping pace with views across a variety of categories. One of those is gaming, where according to [a report from Tubular Labs](https://tubularlabs.com/research-guides/level-up-your-gaming-strategy/?ref=tvrev2beta2.ghost.io), #shorts accounted for 24% of gaming views, but just 10% of uploads.

### **High Scores**

March Madness started before the bracket was even set this year, as [Inscape](http://inscape.tv/?ref=tvrev2beta2.ghost.io) data shows that 5.8% of minutes watched on TV this past weekend were dedicated to men’s college basketball – nearly 2x the No. 2 program, the 2022 Players Championship.

### **Just How Popular WAS ‘Squid Game’ for Netflix?**

Bloomberg’s [recent look at a bevy of Netflix viewership data](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/newsletters/2022-03-13/these-are-netflix-s-most-popular-shows-according-to-netflix?ref=tvrev2beta2.ghost.io) (all according to Netflix) sheds light on just how popular *Squid Game* was last year. At one point, the show made up over 35% of viewership hours relative to the other top 10 shows on the service.
