The average person [spends 2.5 hours on social media](https://www.statista.com/statistics/433871/daily-social-media-usage-worldwide/?ref=tvrev2beta2.ghost.io#:~:text=How%20much%20time%20do%20people,minutes%20in%20the%20previous%20year.) every day, much of it watching videos. According to Tubular Labs, there is a direct correlation between what people watch, what they shop for, and what they buy.
