# TV Program Rankings: NBA Dominates, PGA Rolls into Top Five

Data is linear, live TV only and includes all episode types (new and reruns). Rankings are by percent share duration (i.e., time spent watching).*

The NBA playoffs grew its viewership share by a full percentage point week-over-week to own over 5% of all minutes watched and retain the first-place position on the chart. The Stanley Cup playoffs hold steady in second place while increasing watch-time to 1.70% from 1.61% previously. 

Some more insights about the week’s most-watched TV programming: 

- PGA Tour golf jumps from No. 16 to No. 5 week-over-week, capturing a 0.93% viewership share.
- The 2024 NCAA Softball Selection show, which aired on ESPN2 on May 12, makes the ranking at No. 21 with 0.46% of minutes watched.
- True crime series *Snapped* jumps into the ranking at No. 23, fueled by reruns on Oxygen plus the special two-hour episode *20 Year Anniversary: Sharee Miller* that aired on May 12\.
- Additional week-over-week ranking newcomers include *Chicago P.D.* (No. 24) and *Wheel of Fortune* (No. 25).
