After more than ten years in this industry, we have learned a few things. And we can now provide enough information from markets around the world to prove that TV is TV.
When you are number one or number two in most markets around the world, it is hard to challenge the SIMPLE truth that we will share every day after DisrupTV.
And if TV is TV, it’s time to bring back a new way of measuring TV — but for the digital era.
We have watched TV change completely. A lot of it for the better. Some of it has made things more complicated than they need to be.
Today, VIDAA is in more than 50 million households, across more than 500 brands. We also work with thousands of partners around the world.
That doesn’t mean we have all the answers. But it does mean we have learned a lot about what works — and what needs to change.
Measurement. Data. Advertising. Discovery. AI. The operating system itself.
We have some strong views about where all of this should go next. And we think now is the right time to share them, challenge a few assumptions, and start a bigger conversation with the industry.
Because the goal is actually very simple:
Make TV TV again, with the logic TV has always had.
It’s a shared device in living rooms, bedrooms, and kids’ rooms. It was never personal. It’s on the wall.
